Pay Rate: $25.60/hr T4

Work Location: 100% remote

Hours: 9-5pm

Job Description

We are seeking a Pricing Senior Analyst to support the fulfillment of “Back Office” operations required by the sales force of Investment Advisors and maintain regulatory requirements necessary to meet our obligations to the regulators. The ability to communicate with Advisors and other departments is a primary success factor for the department.

Responsibilities

1. Daily Pricing Control
2. Senior liaison with external vendors
3. Broadridge / Dataphile
4. CDS
5. DTCC
6. Proxy Maintenance

Must Have

1. Good knowledge of, and ability to learn, applicable systems, products, functions, and processes.
2. Good math skills used to reconcile reports and work with financial and non-financial data.
3. Consistently demonstrates ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing on both basic and complex issues.
4. Works accurately and cooperatively in a team environment with minimal supervision.
5. Attentive to details with emphasis on accuracy and quality
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills
7. Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

Nice to Have

1. Completion of the CSC
2. More than 3 years business experience in a related field
3. Previous experience working with Transfer Agents and Depositories
4. Experience with Dataphile or AWD
