SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Corporate and commercial – Operations work : Transactions and postings, credit checks, preparing reports , investigative work, processing wires

MUST HAVE:

• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual and professional
• 1+ years of experience Admin exp – customer service, Backoffice work
• Previous work with SLA (Service Level Agreement)
• Strong communication, both verbal and written

NICE TO HAVE:

• Banking experience (financial industry experience)
• Investigation/Decision Making/Analytical Skills – investigations for internal accounts
• Operations Officer Experience
• Excel – beginner to intermediate
