Reporting to Distribution Services management, you will be an important part of a transformative team ensuring accountability, productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement as it relates to our Logistics Solution provider(s) and through/with internal customers and partners.
Within this role, you will provide process analysis advice and recommendations on performance and operational issues and improvements, develop simple to complex operational models to analyze operational processes and performance, analyze operational and process analysis information through periodic reporting, ad hoc studies, and presentations.

This is a contract position of up to 12 months.
About The Role
- Building, maintaining, and improving a variety of reports and reporting-tools. Using your knowledge and experience to provide analysis and analytics to multiple audiences.
- Supervise and conduct vendor and site inspections, audits, and observations.
- Monitor various data streams, reports, and processes for outcomes.
- Lead, communicate, ensure data integrity.
- Provide and perform data analysis and decision support, including, but not limited to process mapping, simulation, benchmarking and score carding.
- Recommends processes to improve activities, reduce costs, and improve customer service.
- Presents results of analyses in the form of briefing notes, reports, and presentations.
- Travel locally to solution partners to provide oversight and assistance.
- Coordinate with our teams, provide positive leadership.
- Advocate for LCBO.
About You
- Able to travel within GTA.
- Post secondary education.
- Experienced and with Microsoft Suite [MS Office, Excel (can perform complex functions), PowerPoint, etc.]
- Inventory experience is considered an asset
- Experience with LCBO systems including ROC, SCMe, Elite, will be an asset
- Able and willing to work in a collaborative team environment.
- General experience in supply chain and logistics environment.
- Comfortable in a warehouse setting.
- Change-ready.
