Role: Salesforces Data Administrator
Duration: Direct Hire
Location: CANADA
Key Responsibilities & Skillsets:
Retrieve and extract data from Salesforce to create reports, dashboards, and datasets for analysis.
Perform extensive data analysis, build ETL pipelines and provides business insights on lead, cross-sell opportunities by combining salesforce data with different internal and external sources around policies & customer.
Good familiarity with existing salesforce data assets and reporting capabilities.
Ability to leverage the same and build customized reports in other visualization tools.
Cleanse, transform, and prepare data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance for reporting and analysis purposes.
Create customized reports and dashboards in Salesforce to visualize key performance indicators, trends, and metrics.
Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights, providing recommendations for improving business processes and strategies.
Data Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce data with other systems and data sources, ensuring data consistency.
Train Salesforce users on how to effectively use reports and dashboards to make data-driven decisions.
Maintain documentation of data sources, transformation processes, and reporting standards.
Implement automation solutions for routine data extraction and reporting tasks, improving efficiency.
Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply.
5+ years of experience in CRM consulting with strong expertise in Salesforce modules.
Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification is preferred.
Proven experience working with Salesforce, including data extraction, report creation, and dashboard development.
Database knowledge, MS SQL Server, Oracle

Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
