Our client, a leading importer of bed, bath and kitchen accessories (and small electrical appliances) is looking for a talented and dedicated Graphic Artist to join their team!
Job Tasks
Create unique designs and artwork for fabrics.
Interprets the designers’ needs and develops graphics and layouts for product illustrations
Creation of Screen Prints.
Creation of All over Prints (AOP)
Creation of generic graphics for collections
Conduct trend research, proposing the best options for colors and themes
Ability to articulate and present creative ideas, while working in a fast paced environment.
Excellent fashion sense and ability to translate trends
Strong attention to detail
Meet all requested deadlines
Requirements
A completed D.E.C. in graphic or fashion design
Experienced working in the field of graphic design, bonus points if you’ve worked for a fabric company
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
Strong knowledge of Photoshop CS5
