Our client is looking to onboard Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator on contract basis for 12 months working remotely.

To be successful in this role, you must be self-directed, proactive, bring exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
Top must haves: skilled at prioritizing, effective at coordinating, great time management skills, be confident to move a project forward without direction if needed.
Manage daily administrative tasks, attend meetings, provide input and feedback, while actively supporting project guidelines and timelines.
Flexibility to communicate in different time zones, attend meetings outside of traditional 9-5 hours and be proactive with engaging regional and international partners.
The ability to manage calendars and invites to global stakeholders, prepare meetings, agendas and virtual platform needs.
Create & manage reports, presentations, workplans, and dashboards to ensure seamless project coordination
What you need to succeed
3-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Project Coordinator.
High Proficiency with MD office is required.
Familiarity with project management tools, including Smartsheet, is preferred.
Above average communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
