Position: Inside Sales – Appointment Setter

Provincial Smart Home Services is looking for Appointment Setters to provide exceptional customer service to our existing and potential clients. You will be a part of a team of professionals working to ensure our clients are always satisfied.
We are seeking to hire 2 Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team!
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A WORK FROM HOME POSITION
Schedule:
10 AM – 6 PM Monday – Thursday + Sunday (5days)
12 PM -8 PM Monday – Thursday + Sat & Sun (6days)
We provide a performance-based incentive plan with the ability to earn more!
The type of candidates we are seeking will be self-starters and prepared to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a lucrative opportunity with room for advancement.
Primary responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying prospective customers and setting up appointments for our sales agents – Lead Generation.
Outbound calls to book appointments with hot leads/potential prospects
Achieve monthly quota of qualified appointments
Requirements:
– Minimum 1-year outbound Call Centre, inside sales or outside sales experience or lead generation
– Professional and articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Must be self-motivated and willing to learn
– Demonstrate the ability to meet and/or exceed performance and targets
– Strong attention to detail
– Positive attitude & team player
– Results-orientated
– Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
