Purdys Chocolatier is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our fantastic team at Pacific Centre.
The candidate may be based our of any of our Vancouver or North Shore locations, according to business needs. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Shop Manager in achieving overall profitability, smooth operation of the shop as well as providing leadership and effective management to the retail staff. This position is an excellent opportunity to build on your career in retail while selling our award winning chocolate products and premium ice cream. Your success will come from your ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and work in a team environment.
We are looking for an Assistant Manager who is: – Passionate about chocolate – Enthusiastic about selling a quality product – Dedicated to providing a great customer experience – Excited about working in a team setting Successful candidates should have: – At least 2 years management/supervisory experience in a fast- paced retail/hospitality environment – Full time availability to work 40 hours per week with flexibility to work all mall hours Purdys Chocolatier recognizes the value of skills and knowledge gained outside of formal education and paid employment.
