Currently Purple Cow Internet is the highest rated internet service provider by google in Canada and our goal is to continue improving.
Purple Cow Internet is just a little calf right now however is one of the fastest growing internet service providers in the country and are looking to add some awesome, self motivated people to our team.
About the Role:
Purple Cow Internet is looking for a team member that can step in and continue contributing to our front-end react site www.purplecowinternet.com building out features that will enable customers to have a smooth seamless process onboarding. Team member will work with existing team to create beautiful products and features. The job is 100% remote with the option of working from the office in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
Responsibilities
On the team, you will:
- Build the first version of many features including Customer Portal turning Purple Cow Internet into a self serve model.
- Contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch. You’ll be reviewing code and design docs, and giving feedback on product specs and mocks.
- Work closely with product and design to build beautiful, functional products.
- Share your perspective and contribute meaningfully in team strategy and early decisions.
Qualifications
- Experience with a modern web stack, using React, Javascript bundlers, or similar.
- Confident with Python, or GO.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and GraphQL a bonus.
- Passion for building products with enhanced user experiences
- Entrepreneurial spirit. You must be self-directed, innovative, and biased towards action in fast-paced environments. You live to build new things and thrive in ambiguity and even failure.
- Excellent communication skills. You must be able to collaborate effectively with teams in a fully-remote environment, and discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences
- Legally be able to work in Canada
- Speak english fluently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
