The Role:
We are currently looking for a Manager of Customer Onboarding to join our growing team! Reporting to the VP of Business Operations, you will play a critical role in providing our customers with an amazing and impactful training and implementation experience, assisting them to quickly get the most value out of Push. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting, software implementation, business process and operations, with an emphasis on building a world class services organization. This is an exciting opportunity for you to lead and scale a high-performing team through the next stages of its growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire our talented team of implementation and data migration specialists
• Design effective processes and methodologies to onboard, train, enable and implement Push customers in order to deliver the most value to their business
• Ensure the department operates on budget, delivers on schedule, and implement a structured reporting on a regular basis to present departmental performance
• Drive team members’ personal development, performance feedback and succession planning
• Project staffing needs and budget requirements in relation to customer needs and sales forecasts
• Act as a point of escalation for the team to ensure consistent service delivery, and that customer issues are identified and resolved quickly
• Participate in the sales process to represent the department on potential larger or complex deals
• Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment and readiness on new product releases, technical briefs and enablement to ensure the team and customers are set up for success
• Be a mentor, a coach and a career advisor for your direct reports and to the others around you

Requirements:

• Experience building out a successful Consulting or Professional Services practice and playbook in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record in building and growing a high-performing customer-facing team
• Strong expertise in project management and SaaS enablement techniques across multiple customer segments including high, medium and low touch
• Clear and effective communicator; the ability to communicate with clients and colleagues with credibility and empathy, including in a remote work environment
• Proven ability and aptitude for data analysis and making well-informed business decisions
• Results-oriented, resourceful and a proactive team leader who can adjust to new challenges to deliver on your commitments in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with leaders across multiple departments including Sales and Product teams in order to deliver results
