What We Do
We provide full-cycle bookkeeping services. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Assist our clients in adopting technologies to support their business needs
- Recognizing and communicating financial opportunities and challenges with our clients
- Data entry validation/verification, maintain general ledger
- Reconciliations, variance analysis and month end journal entries
- Compliance Returns and filing (HST, GST, PST, Payroll, T4, T5018)
- Financial Reporting
- Yearend preparation and coordination with Tax Accountants
What You Bring
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping including data entry, reconciliations, adjustments, and yearend activities
- Prior experience working in an accounting or bookkeeping practice (2-years preferred)
- Communication skills – able to confidently and competently communicate with both colleagues and clients
- Minimum 3 to 5-years’ progressive experience in full-cycle paperless bookkeeping, including payroll
- College diploma or University degree in Accounting
- High level of proficiency with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel)
- QuickBooks Online Certified
- Must be eligible to work in Canada; Must reside in Canada
- Preference given to candidates living in the Winnipeg area and those living within or near the Central Time Zone
