What We Do
We provide full-cycle bookkeeping services to our small to medium-sized business clients. This includes:
- Regular client communications (requesting, receiving and processing information)
- Data entry validation/verification, maintain general ledger
- Reconciliations and yearend journal entries
- Compliance Returns and filing (HST, GST, WCB, Payroll)
- Monthend and Financial Reporting
- Yearend preparation and coordination with Tax Accountants
What You Bring
- You bring an enthusiastic, can-do attitude to everything you do
- Minimum 2-years industry related experience (we will ask you to complete a skills assessment)
- Minimum 1-year working for an accounting or bookkeeping practice
- Ability to follow instructions and learn from both written and verbal guidance
- Post-secondary diploma or certificate in a relevant field
- High level of proficiency with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel)
- QuickBooks Online Certified or equivalent training
- Preference given to candidates living in the Pacific Time Zone
- Must be eligible to work in Canada, must reside in Canada
