Quantifi Looking for Dealer Relations Analyst at Calgary, Alberta, Canada Full Time

Position Summary: 

Quantifi is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team in the Calgary office and help write the next chapter with us! The Dealer Relations team works to onboard, educate and assist our national network of automotive dealerships on our Credit App platform.

You will need to be a motivated self-starter with excellent teamwork skills and the willingness to get involved in multiple aspects of the business. 

You will be an integral part of the team by delivering high quality service to our automotive dealership partners. This includes onboarding and training new partners and servicing existing partners to accelerate our growth across Canada! Demonstrating attention to detail, time-management, accountability and excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with dealership employees to help educate them and drive engagement to the Credit App platform
• Setup and onboard new dealership partners
• Become a platform specialist, identifying and implementing client training opportunities, from application submission to funding
• Manage inbound inquiries regarding live deals to drive engagement and
• Assist in developing strategies to increase partner usage and onboarding efficiency
• Assist in developing scalable internal and external processes
• Stay up to date and provide feedback on new Credit App functionality
• Deliver and exceed group KPI targets

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field, is an asset but not a requirement
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and work ethic
• Self-motivated, strong willed, competitive, and driven
• Experience and/or exposure to data analysis (Excel, SQL, Metabase etc.) and/or software development is considered an asset
• Able to build relationships and quickly develop trust with customers and partners 
• Knowledge of and/or experience in the automotive industry or financing is considered an asset, but not a requirement 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong listening and proven negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly identify problems and provide solutions 
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
