Title: Project Coordinator
Duration: 6 months (Part time -12 hours a week)
Location: Remote
- Minimum 3+ years experience providing project coordination and support, including;
- Project/work schedule maintenance and reporting.
- Project status reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinating and scheduling project/work activities and managing a multi-site project/work assignment.
- Have customer/client training experience.
- Have strong time and schedule management skills.
- Have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, Outlook), MS Teams, and SharePoint.
- Have strong ability to prioritize tasks, especially in situations of coordinating and serving partners/stakeholders across multiple time zones (from coast to coast).
- Have excellent customer relationship management skills.
