Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) Certified Office.
We are excited about expanding our Hamilton office located downtown. We are currently looking for a vibrant Registered Dental Hygienist. Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT Certification) is an asset but we are prepared to offer training to a motivated individual.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing patient medical history.
Scaling and prophylaxis.
Oral Cancer screening.
Assessing oral health and pre-diagnosis for doctor examinations.
Zoom Whitening.
Impressions.
Fissure Sealants.
Patient Education.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of clinical experience.
Software and digital savvy (understanding of the Dentrix software system is an asset).
Excellent diagnostic skills.
Outstanding ability to educate and communicate with patients.
The ability to work together with a dynamic team and support good periodontal health.
Full-time but flexible hours. Part-time can accommodate your schedule.
Experience with Zoom Whitening (or other whitening procedures), able to diagnose and recommend appropriate treatment cases.
Able to use continuing care list on Dentrix to contact and schedule patients during cancellations and downtime.
