At our school, Queens Gate Academy, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide administrative support services to our school.
The qualified candidate must be willing to support the school with daily administrative tasks, have excellent communication skills and work with a team of other professionals and families.
This person will be a member of the administrative team and will be responsible for managing the school office, work with accounting, and supervisors, as well as communicate with families. The successful Administrator will have a customer service focus for parents, children, and staff, and work to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in School Administration and or related office experience Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Proficient in MS Word / Excel / Outlook
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: communicating with our school community , Administrative support to Directors, Administrative and finance team, Answering and sending emails in a timely manner; Drafting letters and monthly newsletters; Supporting after school activities.
