Role Overview
Quester Tangent is adding a Business Process Analyst to our Quality Assurance team. We are seeking an experienced professional interested in performing a vital role in the development and maintenance of our Quality Management System.
As the Business Process Analyst, you will be involved across the spectrum of our business, ensuring compliance with several standards, including ISO 9001. You will assist in monitoring and maintaining companywide processes, ensuring they are designed with efficiency.
How you will spend your time:
Ensure that the quality system requirements described in this Quality System Overview are established, implemented and maintained;
Create, edit and update Quality Documents as processes evolve.
Manage the Quality Library to ensure its proper use.
Support initiatives for the continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
Conduct internal project and process audits with support from the Quality Manager.
Track major incident management process and ensure adherence of the process and escalation requirements within the various support and delivery areas.
Participate in process improvement planning and implementation of new processes.
Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance.
Collect and document of business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts.
Conduct training on new processes.
Support the Quality Manager in daily operations.
What you will need to succeed:
A Bachelor’s degree in technology-related discipline.
Relevant QA training and courses – ASQ certification is an asset.
3 years QA experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel SharePoint).
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Creative thinking and analytical skills.
A WCB compliant at-home work space.
Passion for process improvement.
Experiences that will help you thrive:
Hands-on experience auditing a Quality Management System.
Completion of relevant ISO auditing courses.
Experience leading a team project and/or working in a team environment.
