What’s it like working as a Business Technology Support Specialist at Questrade?
Reporting to the Business Technology Support Team Lead, the Business Technology Analyst is part of a team responsible for Questrade’s multi business line platforms. The Analyst provides expert support to Trading, Back Office & Compliance departments. Responsibilities include administering and leading the change management process, providing timely updates via regular meetings and electronic reports, participating in Change and Incident Management processes, and championing varios IT risk analysis and assessments.
The successful incumbent is able to effectively merge governance and service management with technological knowledge and skills obtained through years of relevant industry experience.
