Job Summary:
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Contact Centre Representative is accountable for a multitude of tasks. Contact Centre Representative is responsible for Enterprise Asset Management System (EAM) and is involved in different stages of asset management. Operations Clerk provide support to clients either via phone or email on 24/7 shift work bases. This includes but is not limited to safety, document control, and dispatching, scheduling and field communications.
