The Accounting Administrator will work as part of the finance and accounting team. As a key member of the team your role will also require you to be flexible and to support other members of the team required.
This is a permanent part-time position and will lead to full-time for the right fit.
Duties and responsibilities:
Account payable.
Receivable-invoicing clients, enter clients invoice into Open Invoice, Cortex and Pandell.
Projects tracking
Day to day accounting.
Deposit.
Posting and reconciliation of monthly revenue.
Posting journal entries.
Working with general ledger.
Assist with month-end and year-end.
Administration duties: answer phone, filing, photocopying, and dispatch courier. Maintain office and kitchen supplies.
Other duties will be assigned.
