Responsibilities

  • A minimum 3-years experience in land development projects.
  • Experience in the subdivision and site plans design, including road works, sewers design, site servicing, and storm water management.
  • Design/Drafting using AutoCAD/Civil 3D . Demonstrate ability to learn and apply Civil 3D Third Party Software.
  • Experience in Earthworks analysis.
  • Preparation of erosion and sediment control and construction staging plans.
  • Stormwater management facilities design experience will be an asset.
  • Coordination and preparation of engineering submissions and permit applications.
  • Liaison with clients, subconsultants and government agencies.
  • P.Eng. or C.E.T. designation or eligibility in Ontario.
