Responsibilities
Some of the tasks of this position include monitoring the status of shipments, arranging customs clearance, entering new shipments into dispatch software, setting up ACE & ACI manifests, assisting clients with various requests, assisting drivers with pick-up/delivery issues, replying to customer emails, etc. This is a communication intensive position in which you will never be bored!
