We have partnered with our globally recognized automotive client in looking for their next Deals Administrator in Mississauga. The successful candidate would play a key role within a dealership setting!
Position: Deals Administrator – Automotive
Employment Type: Full Time Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm
Location: Mississauga, ON.
Salary: $47,000 – $50,000

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Processing new, used and wholesale deals including the review of sales programs for our Ontario dealerships.
- Oversight of vehicle purchases
- Liaising with manufacturers and sending appropriate documentation
- Calculating commissions
- Ensuring the proper treatment of taxes (HST and PST)
- Submission of contracts
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Must have 2+ years of experience with posting automotive deals.
- Knowledge of PBS system would be an asset.
- Be organized and professional.
- Have good teamwork skills.
