Responsibilities
Collecting business requirements for the new ERP and DMS implementation, which involves formally documenting processes and analyzing how they align with the available business processes in the chosen technology software.
The resources will form an integral part of the project team, responsible for aligning key users, gathering requirements, and validating blueprints.
Assisting in executing the test plan, overseeing global change management, and providing support in training, communication, go-live, and hyper-care.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess 2 to 7 years of experience as functional or business analysts, stemming from industrial, business, or consulting backgrounds.
Previous involvement in transformation projects, particularly ERP/WMS/DMS implementations, is preferred.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or similar fields is desirable.
Proficiency in communication, both oral and written, is essential.
Strong analytical judgment is necessary.
Excellent organizational skills encompassing documentation, planning, and mitigation are vital.
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently within specified deadlines.
Fluency in English is required.
