A well-known hospital in North York, Toronto is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team! In this role, you will have the chance to:

The ideal Administrative Assistant is someone who is extremely organized and is able handle large amounts of data with accuracy. The Administrative Assistant will be a go-to contact for hospital staff, and prides themselves with providing exceptional service to patients.
This is an awesome opportunity for someone who is passionate about the Healthcare industry and would like to gain hospital experience! We are looking for someone to join the Toronto team as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
What YOU will be doing as an Administrative Assistant:
- Entering patient information into the system with perfect accuracy
- Prioritize incoming test results and requisitions
- Answering inbound calls and directing calls to the appropriate department
- Filing documents according to protocol
- Working in a fast-paced environment – this office is one of the central hubs of the hospital!
- Handling confidential information
Qualifications
What YOU bring to the role of the Administrative Assistant:
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- 1 Year of Data Entry experience
- Extremely organized
- Warm, friendly and professional communication style with service orientation
- Detail-oriented
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible, easy-going, open to learning
