If you have HR assistant role and has some experience as hr assistant and knowledge of managing payroll, then we have the opportunity for you! This is the perfect role if you come from an HR background and are looking to gain more experience in the field. In this role, you will be responsible for managing records of employment, updating employee files, organizing documents and preparing reports.

Responsibilities
- Maintaining Employee files/records
- Post jobs on online job boards
- Screen resumes to send to department managers
- Electronic document filing
- Update spreadsheets and book training (safety related)
- Payroll
Qualifications
- Previous HR experience (1-2 years) is required
- Payroll experience
- Related certificate/diploma is required
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good interpersonal skills required, including being a team player
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Reliable, flexible, and willing to change with the environment
