Our client in the plumbing industry, running for 25 years servicing commercial and residential clients across Montreal and the West Island of Montreal.

Permanent full time position Monday to Friday
Shift from 8am to 5pm, 1 hour lunch

Responsibilities

• Invoicing, receiving payments by mail, credit cards, cheques, documenting payments and following up on unpaid services
• Manage CRM (Pipe Drive) for the residential estimates
• Handling customer’s inquiries, dealing with problematic and escalated files via email
• Work with various departments to ensure best customer experience
• Welcoming new customers that are inquiring about service
• Investigate and execute follow up calls to ensure any questions or concerns have been solved
• Ensure our team is following the proper procedures and sending daily reports to management

• Strong customer service experience
