We are looking for a highly self-motivated, talented and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst who will be involved in all aspects of SDLC.
You will be reporting to the Manager, Quality Assurance and will contribute in collaboration with peers to deliver high quality automation solutions in a fast moving agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities (Must have)
– Experience in manual testing.
– Execute test cases and update test documentation, create reports/traceability matrix back to requirements.
– Coordinate test planning and support with partners (e.g. Business, Dev, PM’s etc.) and support all testing activities across various products and applications.
– Work on document creation, review, sign-off, defect logging, conducting RCA’s for issues, closure reports, entry/exit criteria and gatekeeping.
– Coordinate code deployments, maintenance upgrades and project testing.
– Excellent communicator, ability to focus and prioritize tasks, ensure milestones are completed per schedule.
– Communicate and address scope changes that may impact testing (timeline, cost, risk etc.)
– Propose and own ideas to continuously improve test coverage.
– Identify possible areas of regression for manual and automation testing per release.
– Good knowledge of test management tools and Jira.
– Participate in estimation, planning and execution of testing tasks.
– Knowledge of relational databases and basic SQL/MySQL.
Key Responsibilities (Nice to have)
– Design, build, and execute Web and API test scripts by translating manual regression test cases into automated test scripts
– Proficiency leveraging SoapUI, Postman, Rest-Assured or similar testing tools for API testing.
– Willingness to learn JavaScript and automation tools/frameworks like puppeteer/protractor/selenium/Cypress etc., and willingness to learn new languages and tools as per need.
– Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like Mocha-chai/Jest and reporting.
– Involvement to implement/improve CI/CD practices.
– Active participation in building continuous integration and deployment solutions (Gitlab, Bitbucket, Jenkins etc.).
– ISTQB certification preferred.
– Willingness to learn/contribute in load and performance testing.
– Basic knowledge of open source performance tools like JMeter and acumen to learn.
Skills/Experience Requirements
– 5+ years of proven experience in defining, developing and owning manual testing.
– Strong working knowledge in P & C insurance.
– Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
– Flexible in working as both an individual and a team player.
– Willingness to learn and contribute towards test automation infrastructure for a variety of applications and products.
