A TRANSFORMATIONAL OPPORTUNITY

Raven is excited to announce we will be hiring an individual to join our venture team, with flexibility on Analyst, Associate or Principal level. The individual will work directly with the Raven team, existing portfolio companies, and lead origination and due diligence of new investment opportunities in the U.S. and Canada, with a specific focus on the Province of Quebec.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Toronto Partner, this role’s primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

This role is a permanent full-time employment position based remotely, though office space is available in Montréal, QC. An Associate role offers a base salary of C$100k-125k, a comprehensive health and wellness benefits package, access to office space and eligibility for profit-sharing and performance-based awards. We are also flexible to Analyst-level or Principal-level candidates, which would have their own base salary compensation bands.

Raven Indigenous Capital Partners (Raven) is an Indigenous-led and owned venture capital firm headquartered on the unceded territory of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) and səl̓ilwətaɁɬ təməxʷ (Tsleil-Waututh) in what is currently known as Vancouver, BC.
We are currently investing out of our second fund ($100M) and our thesis focuses on investing in Indigenous and Native American businesses across Canada and the United States.
