Job Summary Job Description What is the Opportunity? You will provide support to a team that helps our DS Investment Advisors, PH&N Investment Counsellors, and our clients with support for servicing of in-force policies and new business processes. Your role on the team is to assist with servicing & maintaining our existing clients along with promote business growth for a two successful Estate Planning Specialist.
What will you do?
- Support Inforce servicing and respond to requests including, Inforce illustrations, cash surrender values, premium payment confirmation, all general/policy inquiries from Investment advisors & clients
- Review all documentation and correspondence filing procedures and ensure an organized system is in place
- Ensure client inquiries and any problems are responded to in a timely manner and that all activity is recorded in a contact management system.
- Identify and put forward ideas to EPS to generate incremental business
- Plan and manage day to day Inforce activities in EPS’ absence
- Preparation of materials (Inforce life company documents) and accompanying documents for EPS and clients.
- Provide back up support on New Business application process to the EPS team
Must Have
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an Insurance Agency or equivalent role within the industry
- Knowledge of Life and Living Benefits insurance products
- Excellent client service skills
- Experience with meeting tight deadlines & set priorities; ability to work independently
- Strong Microsoft office and Excel skills
- Life Insurance Licensed, LLQP
Nice-to-have
- Post-secondary degree considered an asset
- Experience servicing high net worth clients
