Job purpose
The associate is responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events.
Duties and Responsibilities
The associate’s primary functions and responsibilities are as follows:
Ø Coordinate with the HR manager and the HR reps to identify staffing needs.
Ø Determine selection criteria.
Ø Source potential candidates through different channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
Ø Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
Ø Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
Ø Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
Ø Lead employer’s branding initiatives.
Ø Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
Ø Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
Ø Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Ø Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.
Ø Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
