Marketing Director

The Marketing Director will lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with other departments, including product development, sales, and customer success, to drive growth and increase market share. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, setting goals and providing guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the company’s marketing efforts are aligned with product development, sales, and customer success initiatives.
• Drive demand generation and lead generation efforts through a variety of channels, including digital marketing, events, and content marketing.
• Hands-on in the execution of marketing strategy, including paid search, social media, digital and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform the marketing strategy and make data-driven decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and partners.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all activities are cost-effective and meet ROI targets.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong experience in SaaS, B2B marketing and digital marketing.
• Experience leading and managing a team of marketing professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
