As the HR Administrator, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations and administration of Real HR and our clients. The HR Administrator works closely with President and the Operational Management staff to ensure all training, orientation, onboarding, certifications, and data are collected and processed in alignment with company policies and procedures.
To be a successful HR administrator, you should have sound knowledge of labour laws and be willing to revise them regularly. You must be able to deal with various personalities and keep calm in tense situations. A top Human Resource administrator should be approachable, fair, and have good multi-tasking abilities. You should also be willing to attend workshops and training sessions wherever possible.
Our ideal candidate will have one (1) to three (3) years of HR experience and have a bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, and either have their CPHR designation or be on track to getting their designation. You need to be proficient with multiple HRIS systems and have experience with all major areas of Human Resources, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, training, and development, performance management and employee relations, compensation, and process and policy development. To keep sensitive information confidential, you must have excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
