•  Base compensation range is $41,000 – $45,000 per person. This includes:
•  Shared rent-free, two-bedroom apartment suite (taxable benefit)

The Opportunity

Realstar is a leading residential property management company with over 160 properties across Canada. Our properties are clean, quiet and attract quality residents who will attest to our unique standards of service. Assistant Resident Manager s play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management.

Key Responsibilities

•  Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, lobbies and social rooms)
•  Minor maintenance repairs (unclogging drains, repairing pipes or rehanging cabinet doors)
•  Preparing apartments for new residents (verify repairs, test appliances and painting)
•  Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
•  Responding to on-call requests

Requirements

•  Cleaning experience (maintain high standards of hygiene and order)
•  Basic maintenance skills (minor plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs)
•  Strong customer service skills
• Fire prevention knowledge
•  Ability to perform in a team environment
•  Previous construction experience (an asset)
