Role Description
As a Vehicle Advisor at ReCar Canada, you will play a vital role in assisting customers throughout the car buying process. This is a full-time on-site role based in Fredericton, NB. You will provide expert advice and guidance to customers, understanding their needs and helping them find the right vehicle that fits their lifestyle. Your responsibilities will include conducting vehicle research, arranging test drives, explaining financing options, and facilitating the purchase process. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in automotive sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of different vehicle makes and models
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software
