Position Overview:
Our client, a leading healthcare organization in Edmonton, is seeking a passionate and experienced Client Care Coordinator. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of exceptional experiences to clients. The position involves overseeing reception and front desk volunteers, making it a unique opportunity for a compassionate administrator to contribute to the well-being of individuals seeking mental health support.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage client interactions to ensure a positive and supportive experience.
- Oversee reception and front desk volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance overall client care.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure confidentiality is upheld.
- Assist in the development and implementation of client care policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of experience in a client coordination role, preferably in a healthcare or related setting.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and colleagues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
