Investment Transfer Agent – Remote

We are currently looking for an Investment Transfer Agent for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Support the fulfillment of Back Office operations required by the sales force of Investment Advisors and maintain regulatory requirements necessary to meet the obligations to the regulators Daily Pricing Control.
• Senior liaison with external vendors: Broadridge, Dataphile, CDS, DTCC.
• Proxy Maintenance.

What you will need to succeed:

• Completion of the CSC (Certified Securities Course).
• 3+ years of business experience in a related field.
• Previous experience working with Transfer Agents and Depositories.
• Experience with Dataphile or AWD.
• Good math skills used to reconcile reports and work with financial and non-financial data.
• Good knowledge of, and ability to learn, applicable systems, products, functions, and processes.
• Consistently demonstrates the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing on both basic and complex issues.
• Works accurately and cooperatively in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Attentive to details with an emphasis on accuracy and quality.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
