THE ROLE
As a freelance recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for positions in the accounting industry. You are a people’s person who loves creating long lasting relationships. You own the full hiring process and offer a great candidate experience.
Please note this position is fully remote and 100% commission based.
You can take home recruitment fees ranging from $5000 – 15,000 for every successful placement you make on RNR!
This position is also open to all of Canada and the US.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source and screen qualified candidates by leveraging job boards, referrals, search engines, and other creative headhunting techniques
- Manage candidates seamlessly through the interview process; set expectations, provide thoughtful feedback, negotiate, and close offers
- Provide regular status updates to Account Manager
- Proactively develop pools of qualified candidates in advance of need, mainly within the Accounting and Finance industry
- Schedule in-person (when safe) and phone interviews across multiple time zones
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
You have experience in recruitment, staffing or HR. (Recruitment experience in the Accounting Industry or from an agency is an asset)
You are independent, self-motivated and you are tech savvy.
