About Our Client
Our client is hiring an Accounting Analyst for a permanent position
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing month end and year end closing
- Conduct analysis of financial reports, summarize key findings and trends
- Investigate and provide feedback on accounting irregularities
- Recording company transactions in the accounting software
- Accounts Receivable accounting and reconciliation
- Accounts Payable accounting and reconciliation
- Daily bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting
- Month-end general ledger analysis and journal entries as required
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager
Qualifications
- Accounting Degree, pursuing CPA would be an asset
- 1 year progressively responsible related experience
- Exposure and understanding of Full cycle accounting principles
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication abilities – verbal and written
