Job Summary:
As a Construction Administrator located in Calgary, Alberta, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our exceptional projects by working closely with our seasoned Project Management Team to assist in their day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:
Purchase Order Management:
Create and manage purchase orders (PO’s) for construction materials and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with procurement policies.
Data Entry and Spreadsheet Management:
Accurately input project-related data into Excel spreadsheets, aiding in project progress tracking and budget management.
Change Order Processing:
Prepare and send change orders to clients and subcontractors (client names are confidential).
Maintain detailed records to track their impact on the project.
Internal Task Coordination:
Collaborate with project teams, ensuring streamlined information flow and supporting project managers effectively.
Warrant Requests:
Efficiently manage and process warrant requests while keeping detailed records for completed projects.
Client Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients (confidential), offering timely updates and addressing inquiries to enhance their satisfaction.
Bid Process Involvement:
Assist in creating bid packages and documentation, contributing to our competitive edge in the industry.
