ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM
Do you have a basic education in administration and would like to apply your knowledge and grow in your career? Are you at least functionally bilingual and can work with MS Excel? Would you like to take on a dynamic and very versatile role assisting the Project Managers in a team that’s a “family” disguised as a company? lol. Our client has many employees who stay 20 years or more because of their friendly working culture (they socialize together too!). If so, then our client will want to meet you! Our client is a leading international engineering design and procurement company situated in Montreal looking to fill a position of Assistant to the Project Management Department. The individual will be play a central role in ensuring that the Project Management departments’ needs are constantly supported. You will provide them with effective support services and help them to keep their department running smoothly in this very administrative role. Operational knowledge of Excel, Word is essential, preferably with PowerPoint too. Training of their systems will be provided as needed.
Salary commensurate with experience plus excellent benefits. Free parking on site is available.
