This is an opportunity to flex your organization and coordination skills as we prepare to enter a new and permanent hybrid Coaching Environment with many moving parts. This position will play a key role in supporting and influencing this transition from a 1:1 coaching system to an online system. Compensation:
$45,000-$55,000
Responsibilities:
Using Asana to manage projects with other team members and the CEO
Working with our Social Media Team on multiple sites, goals, sales, feedback, and staying Innovative and competitive
Creating better workflow processes for sales and lead flow management
Working with CEO and LMS team on creating and implementing new online group courses with successful execution
Creating and implementing marketing strategies such as speaking engagements, PR, podcast guests
Can work from home with very very little supervision
Creating online events and masterminds using Digital Media and promotion
Building brand awareness and increasing database with new clients
Creating and implementing current client retention programs
Qualifications:
Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
High school diploma or GED required
Previous experience working for an entrepreneurial mindsets in a fast-paced environment an asset
Experience with various online marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Youtube, Podcasts, Video Editing, Gsuites, Kajabi, Asana
Experience with sales and lead flow processes
Experience using Social Media and updated on the existing trends
Experience overseeing multiple projects and deadlines
Exceptional attention to details
Experience with customer retention programs an asset
Knowledge of CRM’s and Database’s a major asset
