Description You build and lead the Education sales team through organising, developing, motivating and enabling them with the right tools and with real-time feedback. You inspire your team’s collaboration and foster a diverse and inclusive environment. You communicate with clarity and have the ability to form strong relationships with both education market influencers, your peers and cross-functionally with other leaders at Apple. An understanding of change management and a track record as an influencer are critical to success. Knowledge of educational structures, policies, procurement and pain points must be significant. You are in the details of your sector’s performance, trends, and the financials which allows you to drive high quality outcomes. You mobilise resources for growth and delivery to drive sales activity and share status and progress with customers, partners and the relevant Apple teams. You own the delivery of sales results and drive growth by leveraging your rigour with forecasting accuracy, opportunity management, and performance management. Education & Experience Bachelor of Education. Advanced degree preferred. Bilingual (English/French) an asset Additional Requirements
