Red Hill Toyota is looking for a motivated, experienced Assistant Service Manager.

Core Responsibilities:

On the ground manager that is working along side the team to:

• Generate and continually strive to increase labour sales.

• Maintain and improve CSI

• Train service advisors and review the sales performance of the service advisors and evaluate and train on an ongoing basis.

• Responsible for all internal work for our new and used sales departments, Liaison between Service & Sales.

• Write overflow client repair order work and work the Saturday rotation, Vacation coverage.

Successful Candidates will Demonstrate:

• Previous experience with the trust of being a key holder – minimum 5 years advisor or advisor/manager experience

• History of high client satisfaction achievement

• Knowledge of benchmarks for evaluating teams

• Strong computer skills including excel and google docs

• Comfort in adapting to new DMS if required

• Self motivated in role improvement

• Great time management skills

• Excellent client communication, forging relationships with our customer base

• Ability to manage others

• Professional appearance and conduct

• Belief in a consistent walk around process

• A desire to step up and cover the full operations of a service department when the Service Manager is absent
