Reform Clinics is seeking a part-time Receptionist / Physiotherapy Assistant for our rehabilitation and wellness clinic in Oakville. With potential of full-time role in the near future, this is a great opportunity for someone to grow with our clinic team!
Our modern brand-new premier facility is designed for high-quality patient care and offers services such as physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture, shockwave therapy and more.
Candidate must be:

- possess strong ability to multi-task
- detailed oriented, social, and can bring excitement to their role at our clinic space
Your responsibilities would include:
- greeting patients and creating a positive, engaging atmosphere
- scheduling patients, and responding to patient emails and voicemails
- collecting payments, booking appointments, and other general office duties
- managing patient flow and health provider schedule
- answering a multi-line phone system
- verify patient insurance information
- assisting the health care providers in patient care, when necessary
- office cleanliness and organization, including laundry
- assistance with social media and marketing projects
Qualifications:
- ***Previous clinic or customer service experience is desired
- A degree in the field of Kinesiology is preferred
- Training will be provided on any aspects of the clinic which you are not familiar with
- Familiarity with JaneApp an asset
- Required: MS Word and Excel use

- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- physiotherapy assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- health care clinic: 1 year (preferred)
- using Jane software or Universal: 1 year (preferred)
