About the Role:
We are in search of a seasoned sales professional who possesses outstanding communication and client-centric abilities to become an integral part of our team. This individual will hold a pivotal role in client acquisition, actively engaging with businesses and individuals across various sectors. The ideal candidate will exhibit self-initiative, a relentless commitment to finding tailored solutions for clients, a genuine enthusiasm for health and wellness, a track record of fostering trust with clients, and the ability to excel in a dynamic work environment.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be tasked with revenue generation through consultative selling techniques, specifically focusing on Annual Health Assessments. This entails harnessing a deep understanding of our product and service portfolio to propose suitable services based on the unique needs and goals of our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
· Deliver exceptional client service, cultivate robust client relationships, and serve as a brand advocate.
· Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, brand heritage, key selling points, and service/product details.
· Attain and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
· Effectively manage a portfolio of existing and potential members, addressing their requirements.
· Follow up on marketing leads related to memberships and annual medical services.
· Responsively handle inquiries from both internal and external clients via phone and email.
· Actively contribute to the client retention process.
· Ensure meticulous adherence to company policies and procedures for all administrative tasks.
· Provide transparent fee quotations and discuss payment policies with clients.
· Relay client feedback to enhance our services.
· Schedule, organize, and oversee all aspects of appointments.
· Keep client information updated in our internal database.
· Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure the delivery of top-tier service.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience in consultative sales.
· Bachelor’s degree.
· Demonstrated exceptional organizational and time management competencies.
· Strong presentation skills.
· Outstanding written and verbal communication talents.
· Prior experience in hands-on client relationship management.
· Previous exposure to the healthcare industry is advantageous.
· Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
