Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a positive patient experience.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in healthcare, especially inpatient coordination or customer service roles, is advantageous.
Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems is expected.
Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is beneficial.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Demonstrates compassion and empathy towards patients and their families.
Attention to personal presentation and grooming is important for maintaining a professional appearance.
