Relax Pools and Spas Looking for Customer Service Representative at Tecumseh, ON Full Time

We are looking for a motivated hard working individual to join our team. Candidate must be able to work in a fast pace environment. Duties include:

• Greeting customers as they enter the store
• Completing water analysis and recommending the chemicals required
• Completing sales transactions
• Answering phones and taking messages
• Stocking shelves and maintaining a clean store front
• Providing outstanding customer service
• Answering phone calls (scheduling service calls, openings/closings)
• Assisting customers with their individual needs

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience an asset
• Flexible availability – day shifts, weekends (including Sundays)
• Applicant must be willing to work weekends
• Number of hours vary per week- both part time and full time positions available
• Training will be administered on site

Please note this is a seasonal job.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)
