Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and oversight of project schedules, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with the Project Management team, providing regular updates on project status, anticipated delays, or scope changes.
Support the leadership of a dedicated project team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Actively engage in the coordination of trades, fostering strong relationships to optimize project efficiency.

Skills and Experience:

Construction Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing residential construction projects, from initiation to completion.
Leadership: Proven ability to support and lead project teams effectively, ensuring project goals are met.
Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and trades to drive project success.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a supervisory role within the construction industry, ideally with a developer or general contractor.
Education: Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
