Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the construction schedule, ensuring its adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Project Management team, providing regular updates on project status, anticipated delays, or scope changes.
- Lead a dedicated construction team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Actively engage in the coordination of trades, fostering strong relationships to optimize project efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Oversee quality control, ensuring all work meets the specified standards and client expectations.
Skills and Experience:
- Construction Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing ICI projects, from initiation to completion.
- Leadership: A proven track record of leading construction teams effectively, ensuring project goals are met.
- Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and trades to drive project success.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in a site supervision role within the construction industry, ideally with a General Contractor/Construction Manager.
- Education: Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
