Position: Site Superintendent

Salary: $130,000 – $150,000

Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee the construction schedule, ensuring its adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with the Project Management team, providing regular updates on project status, anticipated delays, or scope changes.
Lead a dedicated construction team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Actively engage in the coordination of trades, fostering strong relationships to optimize project efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
Oversee quality control, ensuring all work meets the specified standards and client expectations.

Skills and Experience:

Construction Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing ICI projects, from initiation to completion.
Leadership: A proven track record of leading construction teams effectively, ensuring project goals are met.
Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and trades to drive project success.
Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in a site supervision role within the construction industry, ideally with a General Contractor/Construction Manager.
Education: Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
